30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Postage:

The customer is responsible for paying the return postage charges.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging or tags

How to Start a Return:
Email us at info@bloomsby.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The original delivery charges paid when the order was sent will be deducted from the refund amount.
